Rules
- For emergencies, call 911.
- Occupants agree to observe and comply with all laws, rules, requirements, orders, directives, code, ordinances, and regulations of governmental authorities and agencies which relate to the specific use or occupancy of the premises.
- Speed limit is 5 MPH in the RV Park.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 6 AM daily. Please keep noise at a respectful level at all times.
- Do not drive motor vehicles on grassy areas.
- Please place your trash inside of the dumpsters provided.
- No loitering.
- Please keep site clean and free of debris at all times.
- Please do not block roadways/driveways.
- We are pet friendly; however, please keep your pets on a leash at all times and clean up their waste.
- Pets and children must be supervised by an adult over 18 years when in common areas.
**Chatham RV Park reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.**
Our Rates
- $60 per day (electricity included per day)
- $350 per week (along with a $100 electric deposit)
- $800 per month (along with a $150 electric deposit)
CASH ONLY!
Utilities usage is charged at $0.15 per kwh.
If monthly, your rent & electric are owed on the date of check-in, no prorated rates.
If you checkout earlier than expected, NO money is refunded.
